Flora Europaea perennial, H, 2n=18, diploid xeric to mesoxeric steppe species north Balkan-Pontic Festucion valesiacae R34 habitats       A typical xeric steppe species which is common especially in Moldavia, Transylvania and Dobrudja. Pictures taken between Bontida and Visea on Sarata Hill, Cluj county in August 2004. They are of a low resolution. dr.
